Hotel Rheinpark Rees

The room was beautiful and wonderful with smoke detectors for my safety, and the location was great, at a medium distance from a giant ferris wheel.

it was an absolutely perfect and beautiful location for us, close to shops as well as restaurants and shops. the atmosphere created was quiet. our rooms were beautiful and cosy here with a really nice view.

This was our second stay within one year. We love the location of the hotel on the bank of the Rhine. Staff were attentive and very professional. We will return!

Car parking very limited, although there was an underground car park at extra cost. However, there was ample free street parking close by

I paid for wi-fi in my room but was told afterwards that not all rooms could pick up the signal and I just happened to be in one of the rooms that couldn't. The reception didn't know how to refund the charge. In the end, to get some work done, I sat outside in the hallway of my floor where there was a small sitting area (I'm wondering if this is mainly for people who can't pick up signals!). I'm a big fan of the energy-efficient lighting but when I'm sitting outside trying to use a service I paid for, it is quite ridiculous to have to keep waving ones arms every 5 minutes to keep the lights on!

Neat place with excellent staff members and street views. Fairly nice area, unbeatable location, just next door to the park along the city walls, Germany and the promenade. Walking distance to Denny Hill. A lot of food at the sensational and great breakfast.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast in the restaurant looking out over the river Rhine. Helpfull staff.
